My Mission
For me, life is about finding a balance between doing something I love, building something meaningful and making the most of the world around me.
Through my work and business, I want to create things I’m proud of, share what I know and hopefully make a positive difference to the people I meet along the way. I’m naturally curious, enjoy learning new things and love the challenge of turning an idea into something real.
Away from work, being out in nature is a big part of who I am. Whether I’m wandering through woodland, looking for fungi, taking photographs or simply enjoying a bit of peace and quiet, it’s where I feel happiest. It gives me space to think, helps me switch off from the pressures of everyday life and reminds me to slow down and appreciate the little things.
Honestly, there aren’t many things better than sitting on a log in the middle of a forest, eating a sandwich or warming my hands around a mug of hot chocolate. No big plans, no rush, no distractions. Just being there, enjoying the moment and feeling happy to be exactly where I am. It’s those simple moments that remind me what life’s really about.
My loving wife is a huge part of my life, and I’m incredibly lucky to have her by my side, putting up with me and whatever idea I’ve come up with next! Sharing experiences, having adventures and making memories together means a great deal to me. I believe that, in the end, it’s the moments we share and the memories we create that stay with us long after the day itself has passed. Sometimes they’re big adventures, and sometimes they’re just the little, everyday moments that turn out to mean the most.
I believe in being kind, treating people well and doing what I can to leave things better than I found them. I’m not driven by success at any cost. I’d rather build something worthwhile, enjoy the journey, spend time with the people I love and have a positive impact along the way.
Ultimately, I want to keep learning, keep exploring and keep doing things that matter to me, both personally and professionally, while staying true to who I am. If I can build a business I’m proud of, make a difference to others, share life’s adventures with my wife, create plenty of happy memories and still find joy in the simple things, then I’d say I’m doing alright.
