12 weeks to change your life.

Introduction

Welcome to how I lost the weight. 4.5 stone so far.

I am not a doctor or scientist, this is just my research, what I believe and what I did.

Research studies have shown that it takes approximately 12 weeks to create a new habit and in a way that’s all we are doing here, getting rid of the old habit, and creating a new one.

 

At my largest I was just under 17 stone yep, I was that fat bastard, I was clinically obese like many in the UK, and it was time to do something about it, today I am 12 stone 7lbs at the time of writing with still a little way to go.

The thing is now my BMI is in the healthy range and I am less likely to die or suffer from type 2 diabetes.

This journey will be hard at times, and you will need some sticking power but its achievable, if I can do it so can you.

I did a couple of blue zone tests and was such a wake-up call, now with the changes I made, my life expectancy as gone up quite a bit.

To put into perspective at the time of writing this the picture below show how much weight I have lost since January. It’s now March  10 bags of sugar worth.
