Pack Lunch
A pack lunch and a flask of hot liquid of your choice especially in Autumn / Winter when we stop and have a break.
There is no better place to have a break sat on a log, having a flask of Soup.
Camera’s ideally need to be able to focus bracket.
The workshops require a modest level of fitness, as we’ll be walking through forests where the ground can be uneven and we may need to step over logs or natural obstacles. While the pace is relaxed and distance isn’t the main focus, we may cover up to 5 km over the course of the day.
