Plan Time to start

Now it’s time to start.

Okay now we need to set a start date, ideally today but we all know life isn’t like that, you have to go shopping, empty the fridge of what’s in there to make room for the all exciting new stuff.  Get into the right frame of mind, you can do this. 

If you are waiting a few days that’s okay, but do start, its something your body and mind will thank you for. 

We are going to two meals a day with as much fasting time as you can. 16/8 so that’s 16 hours without food and 8 hours when you can eat. 
After a few days of doing it you will wonder what all the fuss was about. If you really can’t manage it but I’m sure you can you can have a snack to keep you going. But a snack now is an apple, pear (fruit) or a handful of mixed unsalted nuts and a few raisins.  

We need to cut out
All fizzy drinks (including diet or zero)
Alcohol (well during the week at least)
Snacks
Orange juice/fruit juice
Smoothies
Sweets
Probably anything you like at the moment.

Substitute Sugar for raw unpasteurised honey. There are health benefits.

Max 2 drinks per day with honey (small amount of honey) Coffee for me.

Drink water or herbal tea ( I like them)  with no sugar or milk.

Really cut down on dairy.

No white bread only sourdough

 

Remember It can be hard at times but it as to be done.

Your body will thank you for it.
